When leased car is damaged, what is our obligation?

Can anyone provide some feedback on a situation that I am in? I currently have a leased vehicle, which has some minor damage to the bumper. I am planning on buying the car out at the end of the lease next year. Any issues with doing this at all? Do you know if I will be charged any additional fees, etc?

I don't think there are any additional costs. As long as you fix the damages, the rest will be taken care if by the lease company.

You are probably screwed. If you accepted the car with damage, even if you didn't notice it at the time, you are going to be responsible for it.

Talking to a lawyer is just a waste of time. You should have received a lease agreement that outlines what to do in case of a crash. Do you have insurance? If you do I would just get it fixed and just call it done
